All tea bags should be steeped for a minimum of 10 minutes, but for best results leave the tea bag in the cup while drinking. The more time it is left, the more time the nutrients have to be extracted.

The taste will be strongest the first brew, but it is worth steeping a second time. For best results on second brew, steep a little bit longer than first brew before drinking.

The tea bags are not meant to be reusable. They may be used for a second steeping, but will most likely not hold up for repackaging.
